PC Villa Real Estate SRL, doing business as Punta Cana Villa Real Estate (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), allows you to request the deletion of any personal data we hold about you, including data collected through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or any other Meta Platform service used to communicate with our team.
How to Request Deletion of Your Data
To request that we delete your personal data, choose any of the following methods:
- Email: Send a request to ventas@puntacanavilla.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”, including your full name and the phone number or email address you used to contact us.
- WhatsApp: Send the message “DELETE MY DATA” to the same WhatsApp Business number you have been messaging with our team.
- Phone: Call us at +1 (809) 280-2992 and request deletion of your data verbally; we will confirm the request in writing.
What Happens Next
Once we receive and verify your request, we will delete your personal information — including any conversation history obtained through WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger, contact details, and inquiry records — from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information to comply with a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or enforce our agreements. We will send you a confirmation once the deletion has been completed.
What Data This Covers
This deletion process covers personal data described in our Privacy Policy, including the information described in the “Meta Platform Data (WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger)” section of that policy.
