You’ll find luxury condos with beach access and high-end villas that perform very well as vacation rentals due to Cap Cana’s security, amenities, and year-round demand.

      • Investment notes: Cap Cana typically offers strong ADRs and occupancy for well-managed properties close to Playa Juanillo. HOA/condo fees vary by residence and amenities (security, pools, beach clubs, gyms) around $2 to $4 US dollars per square meter of construction per month, ex. 160 Sq Mts x $2 = .$320 US dollars per month.
      • Lifestyle: Cap Cana is ultra-luxury and resort-like, while Punta Cana Village is more residential with everyday conveniences and excellent airport access.
